Retractly exists because fake and malicious reviews hurt real businesses — they scare off customers, distort your rating, and damage trust you spent years building. The platforms have moderation processes, but their reporting tools are opaque, fragmented, and easy to get wrong. No report goes out unreviewed. A person checks every case for the right policy, the right channel, and complete evidence — because a badly framed report can close the door on a valid case.

Every case starts with a free assessment, and pricing is performance-based: no removal, no fee. We only take on cases we believe have real footing — and we tell you honestly when one doesn’t.
