About Retractly

Malicious reviews shouldn’t be your problem to fight alone.

Retractly exists because fake and malicious reviews hurt real businesses — they scare off customers, distort your rating, and damage trust you spent years building. The platforms have moderation processes, but their reporting tools are opaque, fragmented, and easy to get wrong. We handle the process end to end, so a malicious review becomes a case with an owner instead of a report lost in a queue.

Our approach

Technology-assisted. Human-reviewed.

Monitoring and case preparation

We use technology-assisted monitoring to capture malicious reviews and their evidence before they’re edited or hidden, and to prepare cases in the format each platform’s moderation team works with.

Human review on every filing

No report goes out unreviewed. A person checks every case for the right policy, the right channel, and complete evidence — because a badly framed report can close the door on a valid case.

Aligned incentives

Every case starts with a free assessment, and pricing is performance-based: no removal, no fee. We only take on cases we believe have real footing — and we tell you honestly when one doesn’t.

Dealing with a malicious review? Let’s assess it — free.

DISCLOSURES

Retractly pursues removal only of reviews and content that violate a platform’s own published content policies. We do not remove or suppress truthful reviews, create or purchase reviews, or offer incentives in exchange for reviews of any particular sentiment.

All removal decisions are made solely by the relevant platform. Outcomes vary by case and depend on each platform’s policies and review process. No specific result is promised or implied. Fees apply only to successful removals as defined in our Terms of Service.

Retractly is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our services consist of preparing and submitting content-policy reports through each platform’s official reporting channels. If you believe you have a legal claim such as defamation, consult a licensed attorney.
